My Own Creation

During a few moments to myself today, I sat down to people watch.

We know that we all do it; it gives us a chance to rest and let others do some of the work for a little while.

A strange thought came to my mind…

If I was able to create a person, what would they look like?  What would they be and what would they be like?

A random image came across my mind, and I realized how much I’d love this person if I created them–this love came natural.

It was my own creation, my own design, and a part of me was put into it.

I confirmed this by thinking about some random art pieces that I’ve created.  We take pride in what’s been produced by our own hands.

Then I realized, “That’s how much God loves me.”  This thought was slightly overwhelming, and I was in awe of the concept.  It made perfect sense.  God loves each one of us, created each one of us, and is big enough to love each one of us the same.  We have to remember that no artwork is the same, but the art is created by the same Creator.

We are the masterpiece.
