……..I told him that I was upset because I was coming home on my lunch break to see him, and he was out walking the dog when he had plenty of time before I got there to do that. He said that he had to because the dog was wining and she had diarrhea even after he did already take her this morning. I replied, "Then at least text me next time so that I know. I don’t get much time on my lunch break and I spend it specifically to come see you." He apologized and gave me a cookie to take back to work.
